It’s definitely “OUT with the old and ordinary and IN with the new and adventurous”. For 2,400 years, the standard necktie has been a staple. For many it is hard to break the tried and true habit of wearing the safe, secure standard print tie like our ancestors before us. Many of our standard prints and designs have been around for decades. Yes, ties have become wider at the ends, but little else has changed for a long, long time. Neckties could be among the oldest, longest lasting examples of a clothing item acting as a symbol. China’s first emperor had a huge army that was duplicated in terracotta upon his death and each wrapped with a necktie. Why did they each have a necktie? We may never know for sure, but many scholars believe it was meant to show unity with the emperor. With new innovations in technology and lower costs, we now have the chance to develop our own custom ties with whatever design we choose. Fortune 500 companies are making ties that feature their company logos, characters, products or colors and they are making waves in the workplace. Not only do custom ties and scarves serve as effective product branding, but they also allow company employees to feel like they are part of an exclusive group. This creates unity and camaraderie. Custom neckties, often called logo ties or corporate ties, are becoming more and more accepted across the globe as companies, medical schools, fraternities, alumni groups and other organizations decide they want a tie or scarf to display what they are all about. They want to be unique and create a fellowship of togetherness that is usually only seen when everyone wears a same uniform. A custom tie is a way to show that everyone is on the same team. Whether you want to design a traditional “Brooks Brothers” look or a bold, bright, eye-catching corporate logo design, nothing is off limits now days. It just depends on what you want your ties to express. The possibilities are limitless. Custom ties and scarves are also very affordable when purchased from the right supplier. And remember that anyone can make custom neckwear…but few have the ability to create award-winning designs that will make your custom ties and scarves really “pop”. It is easy to recognize the value of well designed, limited edition ties in creating corporate identity or renewed traditions in fraternities and alumni groups. After all these years, why do people still buy and wear neckties? There is no simple answer, but ties continue to be seen as symbols. They bind groups and teams together whether those in a corporate environment, fraternity or on an athletic team. Not only do ties bind people to a common cause, they also motivate. Fashion trends may come and go, but neckwear endures – for solid historical and cultural reasons. Custom ties create a fashion statement for others looking to escape the very conservative, traditional tie. Remember that new and adventurous is in. Old and stuffy is out. Have fun designing your very own custom tie; you’ll be glad you did.

How to build a profitable list
The call to action to sign up has to be an ingrained part of your website. It is a mistake to have a single call to action. Your visitors should be able to sign up on any page. If you have a website with twenty-five pages, have twenty-five subscribe buttons on your site. It is true that you can’t expect to get until you give. Provide your visitors with a free gift such as a special report. For example, a realtor might provide a special report on selling a home in a soft market. Brand you special report effectively. Include your name, your website address, your phone number, e-mail address, the name of your company, and your physical address. Your subscribers might forward your report to their friends and family members, and you have to make sure it is easy for anyone to reach you. Embed information within your special report about how to subscribe to your website to receive similar information. A few more examples of free give aways are ebooks, online courses, and tutorials. Keep in mind that free doesn’t mean worthless. Whatever you give away has to have value. The only drawback of giving something free in exchange for a sign up is that you might get people on your list that are only interested in your free gift. Regardless, free gifts provide a great way to build your list. Provide short audio clips for your subscribers. A CPA might provide audio tips about reducing your taxes. The audio doesn’t have to be a one-hour presentation. Two to three minute audio files are perfect for website. Make forwarding your audio materials easy. Encourage your subscribers to forward a link to their friends or family members. Again, the key is to brand the advice properly. Anyone that listens to the file should know your name, your website address, and your contact information. If you are unsure about a topic for your audio materials, interview several of your satisfied customers. Your customers can be your best sales people. Let them help you. Contact them, and ask them to see if they would be available for a short phone interview. Most of them will be delighted to have an opportunity to be heard.

Language pattern awareness
"The moment one gives close attention to anything, even a blade of grass, it becomes a mysterious, awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself." - Henry Miller Words thrill me. I find language magnificent. Linguistics is an incredible world. I've been studying persuasion for over thirty years. If I think about it though, I've been studying the language of persuasion. Aside from mirroring and matching, and physical anchors, persuasion is about words. The Awareness pattern is essential in your persuasion toolbox. Once you hear and understand it, you'll kick yourself and think, 'Why didn't I use this sooner?' Aldous Huxley said: "Every individual is at one the beneficiary and the victim of the linguistic tradition into which he has been born - the beneficiary inasmuch as language gives access to the accumulated records of other people's experience, the victim in so far as it confirms him in the belief that reduced awareness is the only awareness and as it bedevils his sense of reality, so that he is all too apt to take his concepts for data, his words for actual things." This is a phenomenal example of how language can expand our options or reduce our awareness. When we study persuasion--human nature--we maximize the benefit of our linguistic traditions. This is one of my favorite aspects of persuasion and linguistics. And this pattern in particular is one of the most powerful patterns, period. The three words I use most often in this category are: aware, realize and experience. By saying one of these words, you are making the person you are persuading begin the mental process. In essence, you're enticing them to become 'aware', you're enticing them to 'realize' and you're enticing them to 'experience'. These words are important because everything that is said after the word is presupposed to be true. They don't force action (as in "will you do" something) but instead ("are you aware of") and this has a much more powerful impact in persuasion. As you gain skill in being able to use these words powerfully, you might think that someone may respond to the question, "Are you aware of?" by saying "No". I assure you, when done properly, this does not happen. And if it ever did, all you need to say is, "Not yet, huh?" Here's an example: "The more you begin to construct your mind in the ways you'll be using these patterns, the more you'll begin realizing the explosively profitable techniques you are learning. Are you starting to experience the growing awareness of what being involved in with my program brings you as I tell you about it and as you go through it?" Is the awareness of the power of this pattern starting to sink in? I'm not asking you if these patterns have power, I'm presupposing they do. I'm asking, "Are you aware of the power?" This presupposes that if you're not aware, that you need to be. If you are aware, you will state that you are. If you're getting excited about this information, you're ready to learn more about how language can expand your universe. There are several of these patterns that will work for you to persuade the affluent. All you have to do is to take action, learn them, and implement them.

Is it better to work for yourself
Good-bye daily grind, long commutes, noisy fellow workers and dictating bosses. It's time to step out and start your own business. The time has come to put your talents, ideas and education to work for you. Be brave, you can do it. In deciding to work for yourself you might want to reflect on what you are leaving behind. The first thing that you might be missing is that steady and reliable paycheck. This sense of security however might be holding you back. Benefits, such as insurance, is another big draw in the work field. There are plenty of insurance companies that would love to have you as a client. Last but not least is a retirement package. Start your own. Sure you won't have a company matching what you put in, but if you are successful you can exceed their amount. Now that we have looked at what you are leaving behind, let's look at the future. You can now be your own boss. You get to make all the decisions. Success and failure now depend upon you and how hard you are will to work. Also, most business owner can't and don't fire themselves! A huge draw in starting your own business is flexibility. Will you work today or not? Will you start at 7 am or noon? Don't feel like working today, take the day off. No one will care! Seriously, to be successful you will have to work, probably harder at first than a 9 to 5 job, but you can enjoy a more flexible schedule. Women who decide to start their own businesses, do it so they can be home with the children. They feel they are providing a more stable and secure environment for their little ones. They also have the flexibility of schedules for doctor appointments and childhood illnesses and accidents. Happiness is a big reason for starting you own business. It's true that you may never be extremely wealthy but a sense of accomplishment is wonderful. Keep your goals simple. Aim for lifestyle over riches. Contentment is preferable to riches. Doing what you like to do goes a long way towards personal happiness. If you decide to work alone, you won't have to worry about fellow employees. Most business owners do, at some point, need help and have to consider hiring others. Hire those with whom you could be friends. Create your own social environment. Just remember that you are the boss and they are your employees. Speaking of socialising, if you are your only employee, don't become a hermit. Join group or clubs and interact with others. Being with others helps you to grow but can also provide contacts for your business. Now that you have considered the pros and cons of being a business owner, it's time to go for it. If you don't try, you will never know if you can do it. Enjoy yourself and remember success is just one step away.

Strong directories
Regardless of the type of site you have, whether it is purely informational or a full blown e-commerce site, it is always worth budgeting for subscription fees to the strong directories. The sites where you have to pay a fee to be able to list them have that fee for a reason; they are widely used, and often have an in-house marketing team working full time to manage the site. This means they can filter any spam out, and can take the time to review each site that wants to be listed to filter out the poor quality ones, and ensure their site only lists credible, desirable sites. Also, your site will be reviewed as to its suitability and accepted into the directory listings quicker than with non subscription sites, as they will often have large backlogs of sites waiting for approval. As a result, they run the risk of becoming a link farm – something search engines such as Google pay no attention to, and are, in actual fact, illegal. Possibly the biggest advantage when using a paid directory is that they attract the heaviest traffic – they themselves spend money on ensuring they are high up in the search engine rankings, and are popular sites to visit themselves. This is then transferred to the sites they are listing, as customers are more likely to trust their content. By working through the top 100 or so directories and subscribing to each one can set you back around a couple of thousands pounds, but you mustn’t forget that this is a one off cost, that will ensure your listing among the top sites for life. The security and guarantee of traffic these sites have makes them a good option to take when looking at ways to promote your business online. As we already know, having a high number of back links featured on other sites is the bets way to ensure search engines are aware of your site and to boost your site up in the rankings. Therefore registering with a site such Stongestlinks is a sensible way to manage your links, and to ensure all the links you have are relevant. Browsers and visitors to sites get very frustrated if the links they click on do not direct them to where they expected it to, so it is important to make sure you only have back links on sites relevant to your area of business. Probably the most important thing to remember when budgeting for online marketing is that not all of the money should be spent in one area, such as article directories subscription fees, but should be spread out to achieve an even cover – writing and submitting articles, pay per click advertising, search engine optimization on the actual site by experienced web designers, etc. These should all be included in the marketing mix, because not all search engines use the same methods when ranking pages, and above all the internet is still a relatively new world, and trends are liable to change.
Seo writing for your own website
Writing copy for your own website is a complex business. Not only do you have to write good copy to publicise your business and sell your services but, if you want your website to get seen, you have to understand a little about how the web works. SEO, Search Engine Optimization is the buzz word. Big businesses will pay for specialist SEO services, but what can small business owners do, if they are writing and building their own websites? The first thing to look at, before you even start writing, is the choice of keywords. Keywords are the words that search engines pick up on, the words that people type in to the Google Search Bar. You can purchase programs that research keywords and rate their effectiveness and if your business is internet based with multiple websites it is an excellent investment. If however you have one small website and just want to do the best you can yourself, there is still a lot you can do in a low-tech way to improve your chances. Think about your business. What words would someone type in if they were searching for the type of services or products you offer? If you are a specialist supplier or technical expert, catering to other knowledgeable clients, then the terms they are likely to type in to search might be quite technical and specific, but if your business serves the general public then you may need to exercise your imagination. Try it for yourself. Use a search bar to type in a few keywords that you think relate to your business and see what results you get. If the selection on the front page represents mainly businesses similar to yours then you are on the right track. If not, keep trying new words and combinations of words. Spend plenty of time on this research. Have a look at what keywords your competition are using. What words recur in their titles and sub-headings, what search terms find them? Try to get the balance right between too general a term and too narrow a phrase: eg typing in just 'travel agents' would produce such a huge mass of results that you are unlikely to feature on the front page ever. Typing in rather 'travel agents San Diego', would narrow it down to a geographical area, and typing in a specialist area as well, would again narrow down the search results. So look for your specialist areas and find a phrase that covers them, but one that people might realistically think of and be able to spell. This is another area to consider. There are loads of misspelt words that make good search terms, just because people frequently spell them wrong when searching. So you could decide to misspell a word on your website on purpose to attract that traffic. This has to be offset against the detrimental effect of misspelt words to your professional image. Only you can decide that - it depends on your area of business and likely clientele. Once you have found a few keywords that reflect your main areas of business, select two or three of the most relevant and start writing your home page copy. Your chosen keywords need to be used several times each, but you must be careful to use them in natural language. Resist the temptation to over-use them. Search Engines get suspicious if you pack in keywords in artificial language and will mark you down on it. Use the keywords in the first sentence and in the last sentence of each page and, when they fit naturally, about once in each paragraph. Use your prime keywords in headings in bold too. This adds to their impact, weighting the importance and relevance that the search engines give to them. If your website is several pages long, choose different keywords according to the main subject of each page. Search engines value content above all and content that is regularly updated will maximise your chances of being seen. Build a text space into your home page that you can update every week, with latest news, a new article or whatever is relevant to your business. Do remember that Search Engines are looking for relevant content, so splashing an article about travel when your business is in catering won't help your ratings - choose to feature latest food trends rather. After you have written up your copy with keywords in mind, read through it afresh. There is no point in perfect keyword research and placing, unless that copy also speaks to your potential clients. Your copy needs to appeal to humans as well as search engines! Copyright 2007 Kit Heathcock

Email marketing the motivation concentration
The best email marketing idea may be summed up in three words – Give to get. Think about this concept from the customer’s point of view. They are already barraged with marketing from a variety of sources and they get tired of feeling as if the business owner is only interested in the money they have in their wallet or the credit their willing to accept to purchase your products or services. How strange must it seem to the consumer to have a business owner who openly expresses an interest in finding ways to freely extend a benefit? This concept reminds me a bit of the movie Miracle on 34th Street. Remember when Santa sent customers to other stores if Cole’s was too expensive. The result was that many consumers discovered a heightened devotion to the fictional department store. When you use email marketing to educate and inform customers about your product or service you make significant strides toward the ideal goal of giving to get. Every business owner understands that you need to spend money to make money. In a parallel way you need to expend yourself on behalf of your potential customers in order to earn their trust and potential loyalty – both are highly valued and carefully given. Many businesses are finding that their email marketing efforts yield less than modest results when they buy or rent a list. There’s a reason why this approach doesn’t work well if your approach is intended to be ‘give to get’. In a give to get mentality you are concerned about the individual and in forging connections between your business and the consumer’s interest in your products or services. When you deliver an email marketing campaign to someone not acquainted with your site there is very little opportunity for them to consider your email as personal interest, it can only be viewed as either a mild intrusion or potential spam. It’s an easy decision to redirect this type of email to the delete folder. A health food company developed a program that encourages people to give up unhealthy snacks for one of their healthy snacks. Television advertisements show this business in a booth that is reminiscent of a lemonade stand. Individuals bring snacks to trade. The end pitch allows anyone to go to their website for a free snack. The emotional connection between a common roadside stand and genuine people make the advertisement appealing and memorable. The website extension of the offer features health information and articles on moving toward a healthy lifestyle. Visitors can make the choice to receive heath bulletins (email marketing) to continue to foster better health. What was end result of this highly successful campaign? Giving to get meant a lot of free snacks in a bold attempt at boost traffic building and list building with an email marketing follow-up that capitalizes on this companies concern for the health of their customers. This is just one example of what ‘give to get’ email marketing looks like. How could this type of email marketing improve the potential trust your site visitors have in your business?

It s my game dad
1.Do have your child to practice and games on time. The coach is not the taxi driver. If you can't drive your child , make other arrangements to see your son gets to his practice and games. 2. When the game is over, it is the parent's place to see their child returns home safe. The coach can't and won't leave any player on the field after practice. 3. The coach need parents to help him out. Coaching is a tough job. 4. Do take the time to see that your son gets his exercise training done at home. Dads this is bonding time for you and your son. 5. Do be there at your child's game to cheer his team on. 6. Do volunteer parents to help in the concession stands or in maintaining the field. Parents can really be a blessing to the coach or his worst nightmare grouch. Parents don't do any of these terrible things. 1. Don't put pressure on your child to succeed in baseball. 2. Don't fuss with your child about what he didn't do right in the game. Parents remember this is a journey your son wanted to try out. It won't be his final destination in life. 3. Don't let your child hear you cheering for the opposing side. He is on the field trying to impress his parents. 4. Don't yell at the umpire if you disagree with him. You may embarrass your son. 5. Don't coach from your seat in the stands. This is for the coach to do. Parents , you may face having the coach call you out and embarrass you. 6. Don't tell the coach when the best time is to have a game. Parents , you have no say in how the coach runs his ball team. 7. Don't interfere when the coach calls your son out. This is a sure way to help your child learn responsibility. When he starts to work , you can't control his life or his boss. After reading this list , parents it should be clear how you need to act when attending your son's baseball game. Praise your son for the hard work he performed on the field. This will really help your son's convenience grow. Children need to know their parents care and love them. That is the main proble in the world today with children. Take time out of your schedule to attend your son's game.

We all know the process of starting a business can be nerve racking to say the least, but once you start to see your business become profitable you’ll know all your time and commitment was worth while. First you will need to develop a business plan outlining all your plans and expenses before applying for a small business loan. Most lending institutions will only grant loans to those who have a financial plan. Your business plan outline should include a description of how much each phase will cost, your projected returns, along with any other means you have of generating income. Make sure to outline the total amount you are requesting and a time frame in which you plan to pay off the loan. Even if you don’t need a loan it is still very important to develop a business plan with a direction for your business consisting of an outline of goals and costs. Understanding your business is key make sure you know who you competition is, how much demand is out there in this field, which client base you will be targeting. How do i advertise my home based business
So you have a home based business, now what? Who do you get started advertising? Where do you advertise? What is your advertisement budget? There are many factors to consider. The good news is that there are many options. Many people in network marketing advertise to their warm market (family and friends). But when you exhaust your warm market, you must rely on other forms of advertising. Many then seek out resources such as posting flyers and business cards in the local area. Others utilize advertising in local newspapers, which can be very expensive. I personally do not believe that the above resources are efficient or effective. The most effective way to advertise is to find free or low cost methods that will reach a large audience. The larger the audience, the better your results. When it comes to reaching a large audience, the internet comes to mind. Internet advertising can be targeted to specific cities, states, or even countries. Internet advertising comes in many forms. These include, but are not limited to using traffic exchanges and pay per click advertising. Traffic Exchanges and pay per click will be explained further below. I will discuss the two most effective traffic exchanges that I have found as well as one of the most useful tools on the internet for pay per click advertising. Traffic Exchange – List Joe A traffic exchange website receives website submissions from network marketers or business owners. These network marketers or businss owners will then surf other member sites in the traffic exchange program to earn credits. In return, this enables their sites to be viewed by other members through the surf system. This increases the number of website traffic to all the sites involved. List Joe Each is a very popular site used by many home based businesses. To open an account is free. Each new account comes with 100 free advertising credits. Your ad will not only be viewed by 100 people, it will actually be emailed to 100 people. Joining this service also directs you to join eight other list builders, which will increase your ad exposure. There are several options to upgrade to receive more advertising credits. To view details of the List Joe program go to: ListJoe/j/sandy407 Traffic Exchange – Traffic Swarm Traffic Swarm is another popular website which is also free to open an account. With each new account, you are given 100 free advertising credits. Just as with List Joe, this means that your ad will be viewed by 100 people. There is an option to upgrade to receive more advertising along with many additional bonuses. To see details of Traffic Swarm visit: trafficswarm/go. cgi?727106 Pay Per Click Google pay per click is the most widely used pay per click resource on the internet. When someone does a search using Google as their search engine, they will use any number of key words to do their search. If your key word or phrase is used, they will be led to your advertisement. But be careful! Pay per click can be very expensive if you are new to this form of advertising. One of the best tools I have found that shows you how to run a successful Google campaign is an ebook called Google Cash. For more details on Google Cash visit: sandy407.tnecc. hop. clickbank. net

Accounting in business management
In any part of the world, engaging in business ventures to participate in the ever growing number of players who want to make their mark in the business sectors will be one aspect that needs to be carefully studied. Key aspects that include the industry that anyone is planning to penetrate, the target market and the potential buying behavior of the consumer market are only some of the factors for consideration. A thorough study of the entire matter needs to be evaluated. It is not merely a venture wherein people can simply decide to put up a business and offer a service or good. Nor is it a matter of hiring the best marketing and sales people available today to ensure a successful business venture. A business venture entails a lot of research work to be done. It needs consideration such as currency, basic necessities, affordability and brand familiarity. It is never simply about what the management team of a company that complete the whole business mix has. The need to also consider factors as actual consumer demands, the need for substitutes for a wider selection of variants and brands is what most consumers in the market today would look at and such is something that should be considered by would be entrepreneurs and business groups. Such are points for consideration being taken into consideration in the overall evaluation and management process for Chin Chin products that are distributed today. The demand for products in areas such as Canada, the United States and the Philippines vary in nature, especially in terms of demand. Cultural familiarity and actual needs of consumers in the regions need to be carefully analyzed. It is not merely a question of trial and error. It is identifying what a consumer wants and would purchase for a specific price. While some would disregard this consideration, it is a step towards business disaster and corporate downfall. In any business planning ordeal, the key factor of targeting the right consumer market, assessing the volume of demand and supply and focusing on the actual goods that have potential that will surely be key indicators for successful business ventures. The price at which people pay for a certain commodity or good would depend on the overall quality of products offered in the market today. This can range from basic needs to lofty paraphernalia that most people feel to be more of a vice rather than a need. Based on the belief using Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, people have changed to total viewpoint when it comes to detailing what the important needs of survival are today. For people who are not adept in understanding the whole business methodology, there should be something more than just plain reference towards the financial statements of a company such as the Balance Sheet, Income Statement and the Cash Flows. People need to also consider the overall operations, the level of investments made and the paid-up capital before they would start bellyaching about poor corporate performance. The operations aspect of companies should be taken into account. It is not merely relying on revenues and expenses and not overseeing what the company’s actual operations are. Administration is one thing and operations is another, and both must be addressed to have a fully operating business. The need for broader analysis and understanding of such cases is a must. Top managers cannot simply judge from what they hear. They should be able to learn how to properly evaluate a business and financial statements do not show the entire business operations of a company.

Cellular phones through the years
The cellular phone has truly evolved through the years. What used to be for making and receiving calls has progressed into an all in one gizmo loaded with lots of features that it is all you’ll ever be bringing along when you go out. Who would have thought that such a device that has provided so many advantages in the world of communication would be created? When the very first mobile phones were first created they used to be heavy, bulky and had a very short battery life. But through the years, advances in technology have enabled it to advance into something more compact and versatile for the mobile phone market. Cellular phones used to be very expensive resulting in only a select few being able to afford it. Aside from the cell phone unit being costly, the phone service being provided by operators was also pricey at that time. With more and more companies venturing into the mobile phone business and a lot of network service providers offering affordable rates, having a cellular phone is just within reach by most people nowadays. You can find a variety of brands and models to choose from to fit any budget. The mobile phone today is truly an amazing advancement. What used to be green lighted screens with black text evolved into high resolution colored screen displays. Cellular phones used to be in just a simple shape and in plain color but now you can find them in clam shell types, flip types and others. You can even customize your phone with interesting accessories like changeable front covers. Ring tones used to be monotone but they soon developed polytones and now songs can even be used as your personal ring tone or message alert tone. Mobile phones now come with built in cameras enabling you to take pictures anytime in case you need to capture a moment and you don’t have your digital camera with you. Feel bored when jogging or taking a train ride? Soothe yourself with some music since cell phones now have built in FM radio or MP3 players. Modern cellular phones are equipped with GPRS, WAP, Bluetooth and many more. You can even record videos, play games, check your email, access the internet, shoot videos, make conference and video calls. The possibilities with your mobile phone are endless. Current cellular phones are packed with innovations that some are even expecting them to soon replace personal digital assistants and even the laptop. The advancements are endless and soon we will again be introduced with a new breed of mobile devices.

Ezines and the small stuff
Summary: Sometimes it’s the little things that count most. This can be true of ezines. Maybe you’re accustomed to making sure there’s lots of meat in your ezine, maybe there’s room for more dessert than you think. When you work to put an ezine together what can you tell your site visitor that they have likely never heard before? Obviously you will want to provide well-written content about the primary intent of your site. This could be a product testimonial, creative uses, long-term benefits, etc. An easy way to break material into digestible nuggets is to place either ‘words of wisdom’ or unusual facts in between larger sections. Here is a brief list of ideas that may help you understand what I am talking about. TRIVIA Leonardo DaVinci invented scissors. People who laugh a lot are much healthier than those who don't. Dr. Lee Berk at the Loma Linda School of Public Health in California found that laughing lowers levels of stress hormones, and strengthens the immune system. The symbol on the "pound" key (#) is called an octothorpe. The two lines that connect your top lip to the bottom of your nose are known as the philtrum. The term, "It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye" is from Ancient Rome. The only rule during wrestling matches was, "No eye gouging." Everything else was allowed, but the only way to be disqualified is to poke someone's eye out. WORDS OF WISDOM Ideas won't keep; something must be done about them. -- Alfred North Whitehead Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid only of standing still. - Author Unknown The man with a toothache thinks everyone happy whose teeth are sound. The poverty-stricken man makes the same mistake about the rich man. -- George Bernard Shaw Authority makes some people grow -- and others just swell. -- Author Unknown Life's tragedy is that we get old to soon and wise too late. -- Benjamin Franklin If done correctly many people will return to your ezine if only for the tidbits they can copy and paste in emails to friends or print for placement on either the fridge or bathroom mirror. Because we exist in such a fast paced world finding something that can connect in a short period of time is beneficial to your visitor and may leave them with a desire to see what you come up with next. Depending on the type of ezine you are creating you could also add other elements of interest such as a recipe complete with photo, feature a classic auto with each issue or some other point of commonality with your target demographic. These elements may have little to do with the actual product you may be selling, but it also makes your ezine seem less about marketing and more about fun. When your readers have fun they like spending more time with your site. This paradigm often results in conversion from site visitor to customer.
Solutions to home business success
In order for a home business to be successful, it needs cultivating. You would be naive in thinking that you could simply submit your website to search engines and sit back as the customers came pouring in. In order for your business to grow, you will have to put time and effort into it. You can read that you will make a residual income in network marketing, but before you can reach a level where the business works for you, you will have to work hard. It first takes months of advertising your site until enough customers have come to join your program. Another area where people incorrectly expect to sit back and get rich is in rental property. Success in this area only comes after years of effort have been put into the business. If you want to operate your own online business, you will have to work hard to make it successful. Many people do not treat their business as a priority and instead only dedicate time to it after they have done other things. Do not get distracted because you are not working in an office. Treat your home as your office. This doesn't mean that you have to neglect your friends and family in order to put countless hours into the business, it just means that you'll need to devote just as much time to your business as you would any other full-time job. Each day, you will want to spend time advertising your business. You can do online promotion, such as email advertising, setting up a Google Adwords campaign, or setting up a blog. You can also do offline advertising, such as creating newspaper advertisements, mailing out flyers, or handing out your business cards. Create a business plan and organize your daily tasks and you will achieve success.

Is blogging for profit the way to go
This is an interesting question that many people will ask at internet marketing seminars for the simple reason that people are really interested in this idea. There are various different blogs that are popping up all over the internet nowadays that it really has gotten to a point where people that are interested in starting something from scratch and hopefully building that something up into something worthwhile have really gotten behind the idea of a blog. A blog is simply a specialized content management system that you can use to make it easier for people to follow your thoughts as they appear in your head and are put down on paper. It is an excellent way to communicate ideas with others. What blogging has shown us however is that there are a lot of different people that are interested in the idea of being able to not only write on a particular topic, but also engage discussion with other blog owners on the exact same topic. That give and take that you see in the blogosphere on various different topics is quite overwhelming and it is this idea that makes it such a profitable experience. If you are able to build up a loyal readership to your website, what you are going to eventually see is that the blogging for profit is going to be extremely profitable, because monetizing blogs is very easy to do. It does not take much extra time and may provide you with a very nice return. If you combine a text link campaign, a square link picture campaign, a pay-per-click campaign and a number of affiliate campaigns, you could easily be looking at an income of about $5,000 per every 100,000 page views that you are able to get. That's an effective CPM of $50, so it is definitely something worth looking into. Here's another way of looking at it; blogs are the new content sites. When Google initially came out, the best way of doing things was to create content websites in order to make a lot of money from Google AdSense. As time moved on however and the interest in CPC waned, blogs became the natural way of doing things because of how easy they were to monetize from multiple sources of revenue. Blogs are going to be the way of doing business for a long time to come now and if you want to make money writing about something that you love to talk about, then blogging is definitely the best way to do it. You start by getting a blog set up; either through a free service or by purchasing a domain and subscribing to a hosting service. Then, you can move on to promoting your blog and doing a whole lot more in addition to that and eventually you should see your page views starting to climb up out of the cellar. From that point on, it's smooth sailing. Blogging is not the easiest way to make money, but if you are willing to put in the effort it is arguably the most reliable.

Can i learn to drive traffic to my website
I know... in today’s busy society, who has the time to drive traffic? Most of us are just trying to make a few extra dollars to keep our heads above water. Well friends, I am here to tell you that there are methods to drive traffic that anyone can do. Best of all these methods are time efficient and inexpensive. The methods are: traffic exchanges and forums. Individually each method will work, but combining both methods can make it possible to drive significant traffic to your site. Now it is not going to happen over night; but if you stick with it, it will happen. Generally speaking, traffic exchanges are free or relatively inexpensive. To make a traffic exchange worth while, your goal should be to create five-thousand or more credits and run multiple ads. Yes, creating this many credits can become a little time consuming. The way to get around this is to purchase them or upgrade to pro status. Recruiting members into traffic exchanges also earns you extra credits. The only problem here is that you will not be able to directly recruit the majority of the people that view your ads because most of them are already members of the traffic exchange. There are three ways to solve this, one is to join more than one exchange and cross advertise, another is to advertise your primary business through the traffic exchange and then expose your recruits to the method that you used to recruit them (also known as building a list), and the third is to use a viral traffic exchange program that combines many exchanges under one umbrella. These programs are great because they can simultaneously create many credits in multiple traffic exchanges. Forums, like traffic exchanges, are also free. You can find a great deal of them by doing a search on your favorite search engine. Just type in the word ‘forum’ and you will see what I mean. There are thousands of forums out there on the net. Once you have done your search and found a few that you like, you simply sign up, create a sig file and begin to naturally contribute to the forum conversations. This will create exposure for your website. To maximize this exposure, it is a good idea to post at least five posts per day. A great thing to remember about forums is that your posts are on the board for the life of the forum. So, many years from now, you may recruit a person from a post that you posted yesterday. Driving traffic to your site is not easy but it is worth it. So if it seems that your traffic driving methods are not working, stick with them. With a little patience and persistence, you will surprise yourself with the amount of traffic that you can drive to your site.
